Assessing Your Unique Needs with Biosignature Modulation

At Pinnacle Strength Lab, personalisation is key. That’s why we start with Biosignature Modulation, a method developed by world-renowned strength coach Charles Poliquin. This assessment uses 10-site skinfold analysis to measure body fat distribution and identify hormonal imbalances that could be hindering your progress. By combining this with a comprehensive health questionnaire, we can craft a highly customised plan that addresses every aspect of your health - nutrition, training, recovery, and supplementation.

Follow-up assessments every two weeks allow us to track your progress and adjust your plan in real time, ensuring you continue moving forward.
